I love it! That's a great name! When we were pregnant with Hunter my dad wanted us to name him Carlos Billy Bob Bohn. Haha! The jam is the easiest thing to make! It's pretty fast too. I never know how many strawberries to use, but a 16 oz thing is perfect for a box of the pectin stuff. And it tastes better than any jam you could ever buy!
